Best way to store your cheesecake?
The California Love Pies cheesecakes may be refrigerated for up to 5 days. We recommend that frozen cheesecakes be thawed overnight in the refrigerator. Cheesecakes that have been defrosted should not be refrozen. If you wish to enjoy only a few slices, then we suggest removing only the desired portion and rewrapping the remainder so that it can remain in the freezer. Portions or individual slices should be defrosted in the same manner suggested above.
